Set system and appdata to cache: prefer to move files to cache from array. Initiate mover, wait for it to finish. your cache should be already in a compatible format. so adding it to your array should just work. just assign your old cache to the data pool. and assign your new drive as cache. then just copy over using midnight commander in terminalUnRaid OS will run on a flash thumb drive. They put all the persistent data in an appdata folder, with only occasional other data placed elsewhere but always in a folder on either a cache drive or the array.
